An absurd case – a woman does not know where she is in the statistics for Kovid-19 – whether she is among the infected, healed or dead. She had two positive tests, but whether she was registered – opinions differ.
At the end of last month, an ambulance team visited her and proved with a quick test that she was infected. However, the woman’s GP advised her to take another test in the covid area, as the first was not reported by the system.
Thus, apparently already proven infected, the woman goes to the clinic and proves again that she has a positive test.
He returned home to quarantine and today, on the penultimate day of isolation, it turns out that she is still not in the system. This makes it impossible for her to obtain both a certificate and a sick leave to justify her absence.
She is trying to contact RHI, where according to her story, she is greeted with the news that she is not registered because she died. This is her version. According to the version of the Sofia Health Inspectorate, none of these things are true.
For now, the situation remains word for word.
BNT took the case back a week ago. February 4 and data on covid – infected, healed and died. Today Miroslava understands that she is one of the dead in statistics.
“I no longer know which units I belong to – the healed, the sick or the dead …”
At the end of her quarantine, Miroslava learned from her personal doctor that she was not registered at all in the system that monitors covid cases. And he goes to RHI.
“First they said that the person died. I say: Which person died? And she says my PIN and my name that I died,” Miroslava began.
“She was therefore not entered in the register because she died,” the RHI said.
“I shout: there is no way the person can be registered, given that it is me. She did not give me any documents to read about a deceased person. She said that the person died on 3.02, I asked what she died of,” she said. “Three women went back to the room, shut up – what they were discussing, why they were discussing – between 10 and 15 minutes,” Miroslava said.
Miroslava claims that she observed the quarantine and went out nowhere on the day she died.
When asked if it was possible that a mistake was made, the polyclinic, where the woman’s second positive test was performed, answered:
“I have no idea, but the system itself, in my opinion, does not have such an option to register a person as deceased,” said Dr. Slavi Slavchev, manager of 8 DCC-Sofia.
The RHI categorically states that Miroslava has not died in the system for a moment. They emphasize that the maintenance of this system is not their job, but Miroslava was registered with Kovid in the first positive test. However, this differs from the information of the manager of the DCC, who says that only after the second test, Miroslava was placed under quarantine.
“But if he put her in quarantine, we put her in this system, it will turn out that she is in quarantine,” says Dr. Slavi Slavchev, manager of 8 DCC-Sofia.
And he continues: “No, no. We have not had another result. We are the first to quarantine it.”
In the electronic system of the municipality only yesterday, after Miroslava’s meeting with RHI, they found out about her quarantine.
“They said that I was registered today as quarantined with Kovid-19, maybe from 11:30 to 12:00, such a document has entered their system,” the woman was shocked.
The Ministry of Health also responded to the signal – they said they would investigate the case. However, RHI-Sofia emphasizes that with today’s visit to the Inspectorate, Miroslava has violated her quarantine.
She claims that she failed to make another connection with the RHI employees.
“These phones, which are given in the RHI, on their website, either do not answer or are constantly busy. There is no one there to pick up at all,” she said.
So far, according to the health ministry’s system, Miroslava has not met with Kovid. In the whole situation, however, at least one positive fact comes to the fore for her – she is alive and well.
