Let us remind you that 15-year-old Mirambeka Rakhymberdi told his mother that this Saturday he was beaten by a group of teenagers of 8-10 people. The guy is now in a local hospital. The mother said that this is not the first attack on her son. In September, there was already a similar incident, after which the child began to have convulsions, and he was diagnosed with “Epilepsy” and assigned disability group 3. The investigation into that episode is not yet over. The woman suspects that the situations are connected and asks that the culprits be punished. The regional police previously reported that administrative protocols had been drawn up on this fact under Article 435 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hooliganism committed by a minor).
