For his part, the national registrar, Alexander Vega Rocha, specified that Colombians authorized to vote in the 2022 elections will be able to do so in Colombia and abroad, identifying themselves with the digital card or the yellow hologram card. This will be the only mandatory document to vote.
Regarding the use of the face mask, this will be mandatory in voting stations that are in closed spaces. and, if it is an open space, it will not be necessary in cities and municipalities where 70% of the population already has the complete vaccination schedule.
