On May 6, A Coruña pays tribute to Galician letters through music, and more specifically through jazz. From Alfonso X to Xela Arias, author to whom this year the Día das Letras Galegas is dedicated. Jazzliza proposes a musical journey through those authors who represent a part of Galician lyrics.

A Proyect of Big Band of the Superior Conservatory of Music of A Coruña with the musical direction of Alberto Conde and a group of invited artists: Silvia Alonso, Xurxo Fernández e Nilaila, Bea García, Carmen Rey, Diana Tarín and Xurxo Souto. Galicia and jazz hand in hand. Texts of our poetry to celebrate the Día das Letras Galegas. Among the chosen authors is Ágeles Penas, who has recited the poem chosen for that musical night.

Of the 40 texts shuffled, a score of twenty have finally been chosen for this event. From A Coruña to all of Galicia. From the Teatro Colón comes this preview of a great cultural celebration.
