A European project of circular economy with high school students. This is what the Center for Advanced Scientific Research can develop, CAT, from University of A Coruña with the 400 thousand euros that have come from Europe.
The project, funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Commission, is designed for the learning of the circular economy in secondary school students. It is coordinated from a Swedish university and has the participation of research centers, NGOs and educational centers from Spain, Sweden, Italy, Macedonia and Lithuania. According to the UDC, it is estimated that the circular economy will generate one million jobs by 2030 and help reduce the emission of greenhouse gases. The project that has obtained 400 thousand euros from Europe is called Circle-Lab and is titled “Innovative learning approach for circular chemstry in secondary education“.
