The municipality of Padul will host the 1st Valle de Lecrín Active Tourism Conference on June 3 and 4, which will promote, among other objectives, an entrepreneurial culture in the sector, based on sustainable local development that takes into account resources such as the trails or the cultural and historical heritage of this region of Granada.
According to the planned program of activities, and after the welcome to the conference by the representatives of the organizers, the Tourism Delegation of the Board in Granada and the Association of Tourism Companies of the Lecrín Valley, and the collaborating institution, Padul City Council, topics such as the creation of companies, and the aid and subsidies that may be available will be addressed.
The participation of technicians from the administrations is expected to do so, as well as representatives of business firms to delve into “the importance of good legal advice and the transfer of risks to insurance.”
The creation and marketing of tourist products, trails as a resource in rural tourism, or the potential of an initiative launched by municipalities in the provinces of Granada and Almería, such as the Boabdil Route, are other topics that are being planned for your analysis.
Also the formulas for the articulation of experiences for tourists who bet on territories such as the Lecrín Valley and the promotion of tourism products and resources, with attention to digital marketing, social networks and the legislation that these companies must comply with.
