The Kremlin said that the condition a possible meeting between the President of the aggressor country Vladimir Putin and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is a document on a peace agreement, ready for signing by the leaders of the two countries.

About it informed Thursday, April 14, Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov during a press conference, reports CNN.

“The President (Putin – ed.) in principle never refused such a meeting (with President Zelensky – ed.), but for this you need to prepare certain conditions, namely the text (agreements – ed.) of the document,” Peskov told reporters. But he added that they allegedly do not yet see any progress for a tete-a-tete meeting of the two presidents.

Note that since the beginning of the Russian invasion, Zelensky repeatedly called to the negotiations of the Russian dictator, but every time the Kremlin comes up with an excuse. So far there have been no negotiations at the highest level.
