By order of the Minister of Internal Affairs with reg. no. 8121К-14228/11.11.2024 a competition has been announced for the appointment of civil service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a total of 5 (five) vacant executive positions, for which mandatory initial professional training is required: “junior investigating police officer – senior investigating police officer in the RU” in the “Investigation” department of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – Burgas.
In addition to the standard requirements for appointment to a civil service in the Ministry of the Interior, the following specific requirements are imposed on the candidates of the competition: – to possess a diploma of completed higher education with a minimum educational and qualification degree “Master” in the specialty “Law” or an acquired educational and qualification “Bachelor” degree at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, majoring in “National Security”; – to meet the minimum requirements for psychological suitability / acc. specialized methods according to Regulation No. 8121z-344/25.07.2014/, – to meet medical requirements for work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs /according to Regulation No. 8121z-345/25.07.2014/.

Maria Dimitrova: It’s a pleasure to be here.
Interviewer: To begin with, we would like to discuss the recent competition announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the appointment of civil service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Can you tell us about the specific requirements that the candidates for these executive positions need to meet?
Ivan Petrov: Yes, of course. In addition to the standard requirements for appointment to a civil service in the Ministry of the Interior, the candidates must possess a diploma of completed higher education with a minimum educational and qualification degree “Master” in the specialty “Law” or an acquired educational and qualification “Bachelor” degree at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, majoring in ”National Security”.
