A company agrees to hand over 14 hectares to the 3 . belt project

(PLO)- The representative of Saigon Forestry Joint Stock Company committed to the People’s Committee of Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City to hand over 14 hectares of land for the ring 3 project.

Representative of Binh Chanh District People’s Committee said that this morning (May 12), the district worked with Saigon Forestry Joint Stock Company (company).

Here, the company signed a commitment, ensuring the handover of more than 14 hectares of land to the People’s Committee of Binh Chanh district.

The area to be handed over is located in a part of plot 250, map sheet No. 7 according to document 299/TTg, Binh Chanh district.

The handover part of Saigon Forestry Joint Stock Company includes office house, kitchen, warehouse, roof, lake, chicken coop and crocodile barn area.

Currently, crops are still planted on the land, crops have not been harvested and more than 300 crocodiles are still in the lake. The company proposed to carry out the compensation procedures for the unit soon.

The People’s Committee of Binh Chanh District proposed the company arrange to relocate the crocodiles and remove assets on the land within the project boundary. Particularly, plants are kept in their original state and are not harvested.

Previously, Saigon Forestry Joint Stock Company did not cooperate to hand over 14 hectares of land through which the belt project 3 passes. Immediately after that, the Standing Committee of the Project Steering Committee of Component 2, Department of Natural Resources and Environment requested the Party Committee of Saigon Agriculture Corporation to check for signs of violations and consider and take disciplinary action against the Party cell and committee at all levels. Ministries and relevant party members at Saigon Forestry Joint Stock Company in accordance with regulations.
