After displaying the Ukrainian flag on the Town Hall in support of the war-stricken Ukrainian people for a month now, the City of Mainvilliers (Eure-et-Loir) organize a fundraiser.
Mainvilliers in turn collects donations
The municipality of the agglomeration of Chartreswith the Red Cross of Eure-et-Loir and the socio-educational center Jules Verne, denounces an “unprecedented war” and wants to support the Ukrainian refugees who have arrived in Eure-et-Loir.
The collection will be active until April 30, 2022 and donations must be deposited at the Jules Verne socio-educational center in MainvilliersMonday to Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Here are the donations that will be collected and handed over in full to Ukrainian refugees arriving in Eure-et-Loir:
- Non-perishable foodstuffs
- Adult and children’s clothing in good condition
- hygiene products
- childcare equipment
- Baby diapers of all ages
- Powdered milk for the first and second ages.
