For four weeks, Océane, 8, has not been going to school. Schooled in the ULIS * class at the Jean-Moulin school in La Chapelle-Saint-Luc, she, along with her 11 classmates, suffered from the non-replacement of her absent teacher. In difficulty in their learning, these children need special attention and teaching. Impossible for the great majority of them to be in the other classes, even temporarily.
