SHANGHAI, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) — China’s Geely Automobile Holdings Co., Ltd. said it recorded growth in car sales in overseas markets last January.
The company exported 15,105 cars last January, an increase of about 9 percent year on year, as sales grew by 35 percent year on year in the Middle East, by 36 percent in Latin America, and by 393 percent in the European market.
The company sold a total of 103,452 vehicles in January. In 2023, it has set a target for annual sales of 1.65 million vehicles.
