NEW YORK – A child under the age of 10, it is still unknown whether it was a girl or a boy, was cut in the face in broad daylight according to the New York Police Department.
According to preliminary information, the incident was reported on Saturday, at about 2:43 pm, at 60 W. 104th Street, when the minor was cut off.
