A traffic accident disrupted traffic on the Troyes bypass, near Saint-André-les-Vergers on Monday afternoon.

An accident occurred on the bypass at Saint-André-les-Vergers, yesterday around 4:20 p.m., in the direction of Sainte-Savine – Saint-André-les-Vergers, near the Échenilly bridge.
The only cause was a vehicle that ended its race on the roof, for reasons which remain to be determined.
The driver, a 31-year-old man who was alone in the car, had to be extricated. He was stuck in the cabin for about 50 minutes, before the firefighters could get him out.
Supported by a medical team from Samu, the thirty-something was transported to the Troyes hospital center.
At the end of the afternoon, according to our information, his days were not in danger. During the rescue operations, traffic was reduced to one lane, causing slowdowns during rush hour.
