On June 3, 2021, Mutandis announced in the press the acquisition of the company Season Brand LLC in the United States of America. Season is the leading brand of high-end canned sardines in the USA and achieves around 480 million DH in turnover, 60 million DH in gross operating surplus, and 45 million DH in net income.
For the partial financing of this acquisition, Mutandis offers its shareholders a capital increase for a maximum amount of MAD 300 million, issue premium included.
To this end, an EGM was convened for November 8 to authorize the operation at a price between 240 dirhams and 300 dirhams per share.
