A Canadian retailer has put the entire line of Intel Core Ultra 200K up for sale

As of the launch date, Intel Arrow Lake “Core Ultra 200” series processors are appearing on several retail sites. This is probably the third listing in the last two weeks and the second listing in Canada that shows prices in Canadian dollars. The listing shows the five processors expected to launch in the first batch of Arrow Lake chips.

Intel Arrow Lake “Core Ultra 200” desktop PCs were spotted by @momomo_us at Canadian retailer Shoprbc, which sells a variety of computer hardware. The Arrow Lake processors are classified on the website as “Intel S1851 Desktop CPUs.” The five processors and their prices are listed below:

  • Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF: CAD $427 ($314)
  • Intel Core Ultra 5 245K: CAD 450 ($331)
  • Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF: 567 CAD ($417)
  • Intel Core Ultra 7 265K: CAD $589 ($433)
  • Intel Core Ultra 9 285K: C$852 ($627)

14th generation:

  • Intel Core i9-14900KS 8P+16E: $930
  • Intel Core i9-14900K 6.0GHz 8P+16E: $773
  • Intel Core i9-14900KF 6.0GHz 8P+16E: $735
  • Intel Core i7-14700K 5,6 And 8P+12E: $547
  • Intel Core i7-14700KF 5,6 And 8P+12E: $525
  • Intel Core i5-14600K 5,3 And 6P+8E: $405
  • Intel Core i5-14600KF 5,3 And 6P+8E: $387

If we convert these prices to US dollars, the Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF will cost approx $314Core Ultra 5 245K – $330Core Ultra 7 265KF – $417Core Ultra 7 265K – $433а Core Ultra 9 285K – $627. Note that none of these processors are currently available for purchase due to an embargo on their sale. The embargo will be lifted on October 24, but the official presentation is expected on October 10.

For reference, the Intel Core i9-14900K RCP is $599, the Core i7-14700K/KF RCP is $419-$394, and the Core i5-14600K/KF RCP is $329-$304. At the same retailer, 14th Gen SKU prices and Core Ultra 200 list prices differ by +9.5% on average, but you can expect final prices to be close to or equal to current offers because these are greatly reduced with 14th generation processors. since launch.

There is still a month before consumers can buy these processors, but the processors are already listed on other retail sites such as Lambdatek and PC-Canada. As for the prices on Shoprbc, they are pretty much in line with UK and Canadian retailers, but those are introductory prices, so expect different “official” retail prices. Therefore, the official suggested retail price is likely to be somewhere around these prices.

These processors are priced according to the Raptor Lake chips, but users upgrading from 12th / 13th / 14th gen processors will have to change the motherboard from LGA 1700 to LGA 1851, which will be equipped with 800 chipsets like the Z890, and will released together with Arrow Lake processors. The remaining budget processors and motherboards with the 800 chipset should be released in early 2025.
