A number of social media pioneers in Egypt have launched a campaign to prevent a concert by artist Mohamed Ramadan from taking place in Alexandria.
And the campaign spread under the title “You are not welcome”, just hours after Ramadan announced on his official Facebook page that the concert would take place on October 7, entitled “The Strongest Party in Egypt”.
Some pages called for a ban on the Ramadan holiday, as they put an “X” on the party poster.
Interestingly, Mohamed Ramadan has received criticism in recent times due to his statements about the late star Farid Shawky.
