After an accident that cost the life of a pedestrian this Thursday, November 11 in Vallet, the prosecution decided to call for witnesses to find the driver who hit the victim.
This Thursday, November 11, around 8 p.m., a man was walking on the departmental road in Vallet, in the Nantes vineyards, in the direction of Mouzillon.
At first, this 39-year-old man was hit by a car but a motorcyclist who was following and who had not seen the victim ran over him.
Unfortunately, the firefighters were unable to resuscitate the pedestrian who was declared dead on the spot.
Following this accident, because the driver of the first vehicle did not stop, the Nantes prosecutor’s office called for witnesses to help the gendarmes in their investigation.
Anyone who has seen or had knowledge of elements that could make it possible to identify the motorist who struck the victim is invited to contact the Loroux-Bottereau gendarmerie brigade at 02.40.33.80.17.
