The prefecture mentions dirty premises and equipment, foodstuffs stored in inadequate conditions and insufficient traceability. This succession of sanitary sprains leads to “a proven risk of intoxication”.
The decision of the Hérault prefecture was greeted with surprise in Lunel. The establishment, known for its supply of horsemeat and bull meat mainly from Camargue breeders, is an institution in the town.
