Horrific stories of domestic violence have been revealed by the Plovdiv District Prosecutor’s Office. The accidents happened only in the last 2-3 days.
One of them is related to a seemingly normal family. A businessman with a wife and two children, a boy and a girl.
However, the woman and children had a wiretap and devices installed. They have been repeatedly locked up in their home, without their consent, due to painful jealousy. Scandals and beatings were the order of the day.
At 11pm yesterday evening, a beating was reported at 112. “The man comes back to find his wife talking on the phone who he hasn’t seen and who doesn’t have a bug. He takes a tennis racket and starts beating her. No. The woman’s condition is currently serious,” Deputy District Attorney Atanas Iliev said.
According to him, after this beating, his wife at one point managed to escape from the apartment. She goes to her friends and they take her to the hospital. “It turned out the doctor knew her. In 2018, she was with him, she said she fell down the stairs. Fortunately, the children didn’t witness it. The girl was in training, the boy was not at home either,” she underlined Iliev .
The deputy district attorney announced several other egregious cases of domestic violence in recent days.
