Part of Sofia was left without electricity shortly before 6 p.m.
According to eyewitnesses, an energy shaft is burning on Tsarigradsko Shosse Boulevard in Sofia.
There are firefighters and police on site, who were still extinguishing at 18:45. “It is not known when they will turn on the electricity, CEZ said by 8 pm,” commented Sofia residents on Facebook.
