A Bulgarian wants the center of Ukraine to call on Putin for peace.
A battalion of peace is ready to be formed by the Varna activist Rosen Markov. Today he unfurled the Ukrainian flag in front of the consulate of the Russian Federation in the center of Varna. Markov is protesting against the invasion of Russian troops in sovereign Ukraine, Bulfoto reported.
He said if he was allowed, he was ready to form a peacekeeping battalion of volunteers to go unarmed to downtown Kyiv to call on Putin to stop his aggression in Ukraine.
Rosen Markov has more than once fought for causes. He was among the activists who worked hard for the liberation of Bulgarian medics in Libya.
