A Bulgarian and a Frenchman fought over a free seat on the beach in Pomorie, the police said. They go to court. One was a lifeguard on a day off.
After a report was received in the RU Pomorie about an incident in the free zone of the Pomorie beach, which occurred around 3:40 p.m. on July 24, in which a verbal argument led to a fight between a Bulgarian and a French citizen, the police officers who came to the scene neutralized the conflict and invited the participants in the district office, where they gave explanations.
It was established that the reason for the obstruction was the availability of a free beach area outside the paid area, the use of which was claimed by both parties.
At the time of the incident, the Bulgarian citizen /working as a lifeguard on the same beach/ was not officially engaged.
Additionally, a medical certificate provided by the French citizen was attached to the file.
After collecting the maximum amount of data clarifying the details of the incident, the file was sent to the Burgas district prosecutor’s office.
