A building in Sicily collapsed, 12 in obscurity





A four-storey building in the town of Ravanusa on the island of Sicily collapsed after an explosion in a gas leak. Twelve people are missing, Reuters reported, citing ANSA.

The blast caused a fire in the building, which was extinguished by firefighters.

An operation is underway to search for the missing.

Two other buildings were damaged in the blast.
