Mvamba (31) was sent to Estonia in the winter of 2017, being exposed to low air temperatures.
After a cold Estonian winter, he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and stuttering. Due to the acquired health problems, the man is now having difficulty finding a job.
It must be said that as a child, Chile was diagnosed with mild stuttering, but the cold injury caused a “significant exacerbation” and made it “much worse.” According to lawyers, the man’s speech is barely understandable.
A man from The Ministries of Defense have demanded compensation of £ 860,000 or 1.01 million euros.
The Ministry of Defense admits that the man suffered from the cold, however does not recognize the extent of his disability.
The trial is expected to take place from June to October next year.
Mvamba joined the British Army in 2009 and initially served as an infantry and bodyguard, providing security for the Queen and other royal figures.
