Duel between “Iranian Hulk” Sajad Gharibi and a British bodybuilder and actor Martyn Ford is approaching and on April 2, the two heavyweights will compete in a boxing match in London.
And the two fighters don’t seem to be waiting for the fights. A few days ago, they finally clashed face to face at a staredown, and there was a push. The atmosphere was dense, but at first it didn’t look like the boxers were going to get their hair out. But they both got too close, which didn’t appeal to Martyn Ford, who threw the 170-pound “Hulk” to the floor with a sharp thud.
He got up and because he didn’t seem to take it personally, the promoters decided to put the two fighters in front of them once again for great success. This time they kept a little more apart, but Sajad Gharibi still wanted revenge on his rival and after a while he jumped after him. He didn’t use the blows, but he tried to knock Ford to the ground, and it must be said that his attempt was quite clumsy and Ford didn’t have much trouble defending the takedown. His attempt was ridiculous rather than menacing, and he certainly did not add confidence to the Iranian fighter.

Although the Iranian Hulk is 20 kilograms heavier than its British rival, it is again 2 meters taller than the Iranian and looked much sportier against it. In the match, he suddenly fit into the role of the favorite and the Hulk will certainly not have an easy against him. In addition, the British bodybuilder takes his preparation for the match very seriously and allegedly trains with boxing star Dillian Whyt, who is to compete with the champion Tyson Fury on April 23.
Neither of the rivals has a professional match and their boxing match will be their debut. However, Ford claims that he has been training MMA and Brazilian jiu-jitsu for several years, which definitely plays into his cards. In contrast, the Iranian Hulk does not have much experience in martial arts and his training (at least according to the videos he puts on social networks) focuses mainly on strength disciplines such as breaking bones or mashing oranges.
The match between Ford and Hulk is scheduled for 4 rounds of two minutes and is called the “toughest match in boxing history”. Both fighters weigh almost 350 kilograms together and the ring will literally experience a weight test under them.
