Libreville, Wednesday October 25, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – The President of the Republic announces the systematic allocation by the State to local companies of projects worth less than 150 million F.
Gabonese small and medium-sized businesses are now over the moon with the announcement this Wednesday by the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI) of the systematic award of public contracts amounting to less than 150 million F to these. Through this measure, the President of the Republic, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, intends to boost local entrepreneurship by granting this breath of fresh air to local businesses.
“In order to ensure better promotion of national entrepreneurship, the president of the transition (…) decides the following: public works contracts worth less than 150 million FCFA will be reserved for small and medium-sized Gabonese companies,” said announced Colonel Ulrich Manfoumbi Manfoumbi, spokesperson for the CTRI.
