Rio Ave announced the hiring of the extreme Zé Manuel, 30, with a contract until 2023. It is, thus, the return of Zé Manuel to Portuguese football, where he already represented Boavista, Vit. Setúbal, Santa Clara, Merelinense, SC Braga, Vizela, Cinfães and Feirense.
Last season, Zé Manuel played for Romania’s Gaz Metan, where he scored four goals in 28 games. The player will be under the orders of Luís Freire on Saturday.
