Raphael Varane is preparing to leave Real Madrid 10 years later to join Manchester United. According to the Spanish daily ABC, the deal between the two clubs is closed for 58 million euros and Varane, 28, will sign a five-season contract with the red devils.
At Old Trafford, the French centre-back will earn €12m a year, much higher than the offer sent to him by the meringues: a four-season contract and a salary of €7m a year.
Varane will leave the Santiago Bernabéu with 360 games for Real Madrid and 18 titles won.
