Vinícius Júnior’s individual play in the second goal he scored against Shakhtar (the meringues won 5-0 in Ukraine) beat the other candidates, including Paulinho’s great goal for Sporting against Besiktas, but also Naby Keita (Liverpool) against Atl. Madrid and Dzeko (Inter) against Sheriff.
