A BOLA – Rúben Vinagre no longer runs away (Sporting)

Rúben Vinagre on his way to Sporting, a dossier that the Leonian administration, found out A BOLA, will close this week. The 22-year-old left-back arrives at Alvalade on loan from Wolverhampton, with an optional or mandatory purchase clause, to be activated at the end of the 2021/2022 season. The greens and whites guarantee a promising player from the outset, able to compete with the holder Nuno Mendes and ready to replace him when he leaves the club, in the summer window or later in the winter market, as expected.

It has long been identified in Alvalade, especially when during the 2020/2021 season it began to be realized that the quality of Nuno Mendes would put him in the spotlight of big clubs in Europe – Manchester City remains interested and can move forward in this market or later in January; Real Madrid has also already scored a position – Rúben Vinagre was also on the list of possible reinforcements for Benfica, in a derby advanced by A BOLA in April.
