The national team captain and Juventus player was voted the best European player of the 21st century, in a poll carried out by the British channel in a European championship of players.
The Portuguese star got the better of Iniesta with 56 percent of the vote, as well as Modric, Maldini, Zidane and Henry, Benzema and Kane.
