A BOLA – Ivan Cavaleiro makes his debut in the national squad (Angola)

The winger Ivan Cavaleiro is one of the main new features in Angola’s squad for the first qualifying rounds for the 2022 World Cup against Egypt and Gabon, on the 2nd and 5th of September.

The former Benfica player, now at Fulham, played several games for Portugal’s youth teams and has two caps for the A team, but benefits from the relaxation of FIFA rules on nationality change to make his debut in a squad of black sables.
