According to Turkish newspaper Fanatic, Galatasaray made, in the last hours, an approach to FC Porto to hire Chancel Mbemba.
The Congolese centre-back, 26, is entering the final year of his contract with the whites and blues and Galatasaray is looking for reinforcements for the defensive axis, having asked SAD dos Dragões under what conditions the deal could go forward.
Mbemba was signed in 2018 from Newcastle for 4.6 million euros and has since played 91 games for FC Porto.
