A BOLA – Faith in the future of Ugarte (Sporting)

Manuel Ugarte scored his first goal for Sporting on Tuesday, opening the scoring 2-1 to Famalicão, precisely the club from which he left for €6.5 million. Ugarte arrived at Famalicão last January, from Fénix, from Uruguay, and in exchange for a large investment for the Minho club: €3 million. But after seven months, the comeback happened, with Sporting paying the aforementioned €6.5M in an important bet with an alternative to João Palhinha, undisputed in the midfield of Rúben Amorim, Portuguese international very coveted in the market after the excellent season he signed in 2020/2021.
