A BOLA – Ex-FC Porto and ex-Benfica expelled in Vítor Pereira’s victory over Luís Castro (Brazil)

Botafogo, coached by Luís Castro, was defeated, by 0-1, by Flamengo, by Vítor Pereira, in the 9th round of the Guanabara Cup, a tournament inserted in the Rio championship.

The only goal of the match came in the first minute of the game, through Matheus Gonçalves, in a game in which Fla played with a secondary formation, with Vítor Pereira saving weapons for the second leg of the South American Super Cup, against Independiente del Valle.

In the final part, note the red cards shown to Fernando Marçal, a former Benfica player, and also Tiquinho Soares, a former FC Porto striker.

Flamengo leads the classification, with 23 points, while ‘Fogão’ is third, with 16.
