Absent from Serbia’s last training sessions, Filip Djuricic will not make the trip to Portugal. The former Benfica midfielder (2010 to 2013) has physical problems and has been released from the Balkan selection.
“I can confirm that Djuricic left the team and returned to the club. He has an injury that can’t be recovered until Sunday, so I’m sorry I can’t count on him,” explained Dragan Stojkovic.
Capped 34 times, Djuricic participated in four games on the way to Qatar
