The 40th anniversary of the presidency of FC Porto de Pinto da Costa will be marked on April 22 with a dinner in Gondomar, more precisely at Quinta da Azenha de Baixo, promoted by the committee to support his successive re-candidacies for the club’s leadership.
Confirmation was given by Fernando Cerqueira, usual leader of the support committees, leaving open the possibility of challenging Pinto da Costa to run for a new term (the current one ends in 2024).
Pinto da Costa was elected president of the Dragons for the first time on April 17, 1982.
