The Melbourne Court rejected the request made by the Australian Government to postpone from Monday to Wednesday the hearing that will determine the deportation or not of Novak Djokovic.
It is thus reiterated that the hearing on the revocation of the Serbian tennis visa will take place on Monday at 10 am (11 pm on Sunday in Lisbon) and can be viewed live, via online.
Djokovic claimed that he tested positive for covid-19 on December 16, 2021, recovered two weeks later, which is why he asked for a medical exemption to be able to participate in the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam of the year.
Australian authorities require full vaccination against covid19 to enter the territory.
