Expresso reported that the owner of Portimonense, Teo Panagopoulos, ordered, on February 26, 2018, a transfer of €250,000 to a bank account in Puerto Rico controlled through a offshore in Seychelles by André Geraldes, then sporting director of Sporting and current president of E. Amadora.
A month and a half earlier, Sporting signed an agreement with a company owned by Teo Panagopoulos to prospect players for the club, and on January 31, 2018, Portimonense negotiated 50 percent of Lumor’s economic rights with the lions, for €2. 5M, as stated in the contract that forms part of Football Leaks.
«The value of this transfer was never actually received» nor did «any business occur», so reacted André Geraldes, quoted by Expresso.
