Messi’s departure for PSG left Sergio Aguero “in shock”. The expression was said by himself in an interview with the radio RAC1 who, arriving at Barça from Manchester City, was offered the countryman’s 10, but rejected. “I felt it would be a sign of lack of respect for Messi. So I refused”, explained the striker.
Aguero says he has already talked to Messi about the situation, but without going into the matter further: “We did talk. His idea is to live in Barcelona, but we didn’t talk much because I’m more about enjoying the moment and not embittering. I wish that everything goes well for you.”
