A BOLA – Accounts unanimously approved one year late (FC Porto)

FC Porto’s accounts for the financial year 2019/20 were approved, this Monday, at the General Meeting by unanimous vote.

Almost a year late, due to the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the great meeting of FC Porto members took place this Tuesday night on the -3 floor of Estádio do Dragão.

In front of a packed auditorium, Lourenço Pinto led the first Assembly since the June 2020 elections that elected him as president of the Board and began by presenting a vote of regret and a request to fulfill a minute of silence in memory of Reinaldo Teles, historical leader Porto player deceased in November of last year.

Then, it was Fernando Gomes’ turn to present in detail the Annual Report for 2019/20, with a negative result of 903 thousand euros. None of the present associates abstained or voted against, which was unanimously approved and acclaimed.

Pinto da Costa used the floor to highlight the support of fans in such difficult times. “Having traveled here is a source of great satisfaction and pride. My Direction and I will do everything to solve the many problems we still have, always with our thoughts in mind and without forgetting the support expressed here in person. We will give everything, everything, everything for FC Porto», he said.
