The platform www.consulatgabonfrance.com. was set up to simplify administrative procedures and strengthen document security. To access it, they can complete an online form dedicated to the transcription of birth certificates, providing the required information and attaching the necessary documents.
To do this, simply connect to the site www.consulatgabonfrance.com, go to the “my consular services” section, then click on the “transcribe a birth certificate” tab, then fill out the form correctly and then attach the required documents. This new procedure offers several significant advantages.
First of all, it considerably simplifies administrative procedures for the Gabonese diaspora in France, by allowing them to carry out these formalities from home, at any time.
Once the application is submitted, the consular authorities validate it and send an email confirmation to the email address provided by the applicant.
