Most of the political groups in the Assembly have expressed their agreement to these alternatives to prosecution, which already represent 46.5% of the criminal response. On the other hand, Ugo Bernalicis, deputy La France insoumise du Nord, announced that his group would vote against a text that reinforces the powers of the prosecution, while the reform of its statute is still not initiated.
