Jessi, Niklas and Lack heard after the semi-final from the host of the program, Jaajo Linnonmaa, that they have to conceptualize, i.e. plan the event of their dreams for Korjaamo.

In the morning, however, the trio hears quite a surprise, because before using the concept, they have a real job interview ahead of them. Together with its partner and the current manager of Korjaamo, Linnonmaa interviews each competitor as in a normal job interview.

Niklas says in the episode that he hasn’t had a job interview in 15 years, because he is an entrepreneur. Jessi, on the other hand, says that she most likely has the answers ready for every interviewer’s question.

The interviewers ask the competitors what kind of image they have of Korjaamo at the moment. They also inquire about the best aspects of competitors.

In the case of Jess, Linnonmaa’s business partner grasps one point. He wants to know if Jessi thinks there are any downsides to him.

– This turned out quite well, you are a ready performer. I would like to know that there must be some weaknesses. Tell me a couple, Linnonmaa’s partner Tim Livson states to Jess.

– Yes, my sharp tongue is also my weakness. It’s certainly the suddenness that you need to be aware of and control. It can be an asset, but it is a challenge, Jessi answers.

After the job interviews, Linnonmaa tells Jess, Niklas and Ain, which one of them will be eliminated just before the final task.
