The Portuguese João Félix will play alongside Luis Suárez in the attack of Atlético Madrid, who this Wednesday will face Granada in a delayed match for the 9th round of LaLiga.
For Félix, 22, it’s a return to the starting lineup after eight games without entering eleven. The Portuguese international last appeared in Diego Simeone’s opening picks on November 3 for the Champions League game against Liverpool.
Since then, he has been used in four games (Valencia, Mallorca, Real Madrid and Seville) and unused substitute in one (FC Porto) and, in the middle, he missed three games (Osasuna, Milan and Cádiz) due to injury.
