A coronavirus health worker is hospitalized in intensive care at the Private Community Hospital, while five other infected patients were hospitalized in the last 24 hours.
The information was confirmed by the hospital authorities in a statement.
The woman admitted to intensive care is 42 years old and works in another health effector in Mar del Plata
Regarding the new internees by Covid-19, they are two women of 87 and 84 years old and three men of 70, 46 and 40 years of age who are stable.
In the Private Community Hospital, the total number of active cases admitted is 16. Of which, 9 are from a geriatric home, one patient are health personnel and one patient is from Batán. Of the remaining five, the epidemiological link is being evaluated.
“As we have expressed on previous occasions, we have had an isolated area for the care of positive patients since the start of the pandemic, which provides security for the care of them, our collaborators and other patients who consult us for other health problems, ”says the statement signed by director Pablo Malfante.
