(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Kyu-bin Hong = A man who killed a woman in her 20s in the women’s restroom at Sindang station on Seoul subway line 2 was captured by police.
According to the police on the 15th, the Seoul Central Police Station arrested a man in his thirties on a murder charge around 9:00 pm the day before.
Person A is accused of chasing and killing a female worker from Station B in her 20s, who was patrolling the women’s restroom at Sindang Station at the time.
He was arrested on the spot by the police who received a complaint about 15 minutes after the crime and rushed to the scene.
B was taken to hospital in cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead about two and a half hours later.
Person A injured his hand in the course of the crime and received hospital treatment and was then taken to a detention center.
