The landed house project is being developed not far from the golden triangle of Puri, West Jakarta. The three-story dwelling is priced starting at Rp. 1.5 billion.
The housing was developed by PT Cartoonindo Perkasa Abadi, Sari Kresa Group under the name Anwa Reidence Puri. Yarra Cluster is the first zone to be launched, out of 5 zones that will be built in stages in the Anwa Residence Puri area with a total land bank of 20 ha.
“This is our continued project in developing property and being part of development in Indonesia, where the currently running property is Anwa Residence Bintaro, then there is Anwa Residence Puri which is currently being soft launched. In addition to this project, we will follow suit in the future. will launch the Anwa Residence Bekasi, Anwa Residence Bali, and other cities that are ready to be released,” said President Director of PT Cartoonindo Perkasa Abadi, Kenny Glorious Andwa in his statement, Sunday (31/10/2021).
In contrast to Anwa Residence Bintaro which is a vertical residence, Anwa Residence Puri is a type of landed residence.
“Anwa Residence Puri is a 3-storey residence that is exclusively designed. We want to bring comfort and tranquility so that when people live here they can forget the noise of the city of Jakarta,” explained Kelly Maria Emanuella, Director of PT Cartoonindo Perkasa Abadi.
The Yarra Cluster is priced starting from Rp. 1.5 billion which comes with 3 types of units, namely 60/98, 72/132, and 120/185. All of these types have a height of 3 meters between the floor and ceiling of the house. Then, there are a number of smart home features such as panic button, cctv, smart door lock, & smart LED lamp.
The market segments that will be worked on by Anwa Residence Puri are millennials, young couples and also investors who want to reinvest in property.
