Another woman was arrested in mainland China on suspicion of assisting criminals. He was repatriated to Hong Kong and handed over to the police. He appeared in Kowloon City Court on the 8th.

A 29-year-old female suspect surnamed Pan was escorted by a police car to the Kowloon City Court, wearing a gray blouse. She was charged with attempting to obstruct the arrest or assist a criminal. The offense for which he was arrested, namely murder, for which Poon knew or believed that the person was guilty, without any basis of lawful authority or reasonable excuse, arranged for Kwong to flee to Macau on a yacht with the intention of obstructing the arrest or prosecution of the person. ◇
